- Cozy apartment of 83 square meters for 6 to 8 people in the new Residence Les Gentianes. (So whenever you see ‘cozy’ in a housing ad – the automatic assumption is it’s small. I would maybe say ‘Welcoming apartment’ or something).
- Ideally located 150 m from the main ski lifts, from the ESF ski school for kids and adults (Les Bergers, see the map), and from the village center. 100 m from the Palais des sports, ice-skating rink, swimming pool and shops.
- Ground floor, South-facing with terrace.
- 3 bedrooms + 1 room with bunk beds, a living room/dining room and kitchen, 3 bathrooms: shower, sink, toilets.
- 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV, and a bathroom: sink, shower, wc.
- 1 room (private alcove) with windows situated with a bunk bed for 2 people.
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with twin beds, Smart TV and bathroom including sink, shower, and toilet.
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with twin beds and Smart TV.
- 1 bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
- Living/dining room with American-style kitchen and equipped with a Smart TV.
- Large South-facing terrace.

- Daily visitor tax of 2.45 € per day per person 18 and over not included in rental fee.

Pets are welcome but subject to agreement with the owner.
Booking conditions.
In case of cancellation, fees will be applied according to the date when cancelled. Free cancellation 6 weeks before arrival. After that, 50% of the fee charged. Full fee charged if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is due. In case of a no show, the total amount of the booking is due.
